Age of Use Policy: Use of 420klub.net and the services is reserved for those who have achieved the age of eighteen (18) or the age of consent in your State, Country or Jurisdiction whichever is older.  Users violating the Age of Use Policy will have all content removed.

Private Message Policy:  Private Messaging is just that, Private. Therefore we expect Users to protect private content from the public view.  All conversations in the Chat Rooms are considered private and must not be posted in the public areas. Spamming by Private Message or Chat is not tolerated and will result in being banned.

Publishing Private Details Policy:  We will not tolerate Users posting private details belonging to any User that could possibly be traced or identified from 420klub.net or the services. Due to the nature of the Content on this site, this Policy will be enforced aggressively. Users Violating the Publishing Private Details Policy will be blocked from using 420klub.net and all the Network services.

Copyrighted Material Policy: No copyrighted material may be uploaded to 420klub.net without the permission of the copyright owner. This includes, but not limited to images, text, and all other types of intellectual property. Users are responsible for obtaining the necessary permission before posting any copyrighted material. If the copyright owner grants permission, the User must credit the owner with a link or some other appropriate type of reference. 420klub.net respects intellectual property rights and is committed to removing unauthorized material when it is discovered. If you believe that any of your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Admin and the infringing User with the following information: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, and a link to the location of the infringing material on 420klub.net.

Pornography, Hate Policy: No User shall upload any pornographic photos, videos, drawings, links or scans to any forums, gallery, or in the live chat. The posting of links containing hate related material are not allowed.  Any and all pornographic or offensive material will be removed when discovered, and user may be banned.

Spam : No negative spamming to other 420klub.net users. No User shall post any links to marketing/referral schemes or directly market products in the public forum without expressed, written consent from 420klub.net and the Network. Users are permitted to have a link in their Signature, provided it's accompanied by a Referral comment. Moderators are authorized to add a Referral tag to Users Signatures. Companies and Vendor's Agents are permitted to have One(1) link and comments in their Signatures. If you wish to Advertise on 420klub.net, please contact the Administrator.

User Conduct Policy: Use of 420klub.net and the Network services, are limited to adults, so there is a certain expectation that everyone will conduct themselves like adults. We ask everyone (including Staff) to conduct themselves in a civilized manor toward other Users while using 420klub.net and the Network services. Our Moderation Policy favors our Users input and encourages the use of the Report Bad Post Feature. Clicking the Users Name and Report Bad Post can access this. Your Bad Post Report is never visible for other members to view and helps us determine when a thread or post requires intervention. We always reserve the right to remove offensive, abusive or racist posts and threads without user demand. Bad Post Reports do not guarantee a thread or post will be moderated. If the offending post is light hearted in nature and not designed to antagonize, we will opt to leave the post or thread unaltered. Users, who wish to report abusive behavior in the live Chat, must send a Private Message to a Site Moderator or Admin. Please DO NOT post a thread in the public forums.

Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold 420klub.net, and its affiliates, independent contractors, service providers, suppliers, licensors and consultants, and their respective its officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Indemnified Parties"), harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, actions, demands, liabilities, and settlements and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions, any User Content you post, store or otherwise transmit on or through the Site, or your use of or inability to use the Site, including without limitation any actual or threatened suit, demand or claim made against the Indemnified Parties, arising out of or relating to the Content, your conduct, or your violation of the rights of any third party Termination; Removal of User Content Notwithstanding any of these Site Terms, 420klub.net reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to discontinue the Site or any Services offered through the Site and to terminate your license to use and block your access to the Site at any time without notice. In addition, 420klub.net reserves the right to delete, edit or modify any and all User Content contained in the Site and any services offered through the Site at any time without notice.

Severability/Waiver If any provision of these Site Terms is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed severable from these Site Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver of any of these Site Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Site Terms and your use of the Site are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed in the State of Oregon, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising or in any way relating to these Site Terms shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in the State of Oregon and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Site Terms.

Repeat Infringer Policy: 420klub.net respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, 420klub.net has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, the account of any users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. 420klub.net may also at its sole discretion limit access to this Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement.

Email Policy: 420klub.net sends out notifications and newsletter emails to the users of the site regularly after they have been contacted by other users and as updates to the users of the site. Going to your settings can turn off these notifications anytime and turning them off or clicking unsubscribe on the newsletter.

420Klub.net Video Policy: 420klub.net reserves all rights to videos and video content produced by and for 420klub.net and Bud Savage.
Please contact us if you intend on using our videos on any other site other than 420klub.net – any use outside of 420klub.net needs to be permitted and must attribute 420klub.net as the exclusive owner and distributor of said video content. If any video or video content is taken from the site without proper accreditation – 420klub.net reserves all rights regarding prosecution and reporting any instances of infringement and termination the accounts of any users who committed said infringement.
